Service for energy, PV and BESS
Service and O&M for energy systems, renewables, PV plants and battery storage under one SLA. 24/7 monitoring, on-site technician response, operations and maintenance — all from one platform with a guaranteed response time and an auditable record of every intervention.
What our energy service covers
Service to us is not just an emergency callout. It is continuous monitoring, preventive maintenance and rapid response held together by one team and one data layer:
- PV plant service — monitoring of inverters, MPPT strings, temperatures, yields. Detection of under-performance, panel soiling, switchgear faults. Standard SLA is 4 hours to a critical fault, 24 hours to on-site response.
- BESS service — 24/7 tracking of PCS, BMS, cell temperatures, SoC / SoH, communication across CSC → SBMU → MBMU layers. Automatic detection of cell-voltage imbalance and early escalation before a fault escalates.
- Renewables (DER) service — the service framework also covers wind and biogas assets, including unified dashboard with PV or BESS on the same site.
- Preventive maintenance and inspections — schedule of electrical inspections, thermography, standards-compliant reviews. Every report lives in the same system as the monitoring.
Energy monitoring as the foundation of service
Real service does not start at the moment of a fault; it starts when under-performance is spotted before the outage. Our monitoring layer collects tens of thousands of datapoints daily from every site and escalates the critical ones both into the dashboard and outside it (SMS, email, dispatch integration).
Real-time observation
Polling every 30 s (or faster), instant alarms on fault states, trend visibility for yield and efficiency across the portfolio.
Energy asset management
All PV, BESS and other sources in one tenant. Multi-site, multi-vendor, one data model.
Fault prediction
Drift detection (rising cell temperature, falling string efficiency, higher communication error rates) before the fault becomes an outage.
Auditable interventions
Every service action, acknowledged alarm and remote command carries a cryptographically verifiable record. Basis for reporting and insurance claims alike.
Operations and maintenance — roles and SLA
Operators, EPCs and integrators have different needs. We ship three service models that combine freely:
- Monitoring-only — we provide the platform, alarming and reporting; your team handles interventions. Cheapest layer, works as a foundation for an internal O&M team.
- Service with SLA — full service contract with a guaranteed response time. Critical fault within 4 hours, standard intervention within 24 hours, scheduled maintenance to plan.
- Turn-key O&M — full handover of operations to our team, including reporting to the distributor, settlement entity and, where relevant, a flexibility aggregator.
Why route service through the ECC platform
Classic energy service is scattered across Excel, email and a handful of vendor portals. Under ECC everything lives in one place:
- Multi-vendor by default — Sinexcel, ABB, Sungrow, CATL or a mix of everything, treated the same.
- Multi-site in one tenant — five PV plants plus two BESS on a single screen, filter by region, priority or fault type.
- Reporting as an output, not extra work — the monthly PDF for the operator is generated from live data.
- NIS2-ready audit — every service action has a cryptographically verifiable record. Ready for a regulated operator.
Frequently asked
What's your response time on a critical fault?
Standard SLA is 4 hours on a critical fault (production outage, BESS emergency state) and 24 hours on a standard service call. Stricter response times are an individual contract matter.
Can you take over sites you didn't build?
Yes. Most often we take over from another integrator or after the manufacturer's warranty period ends. Onboarding monitoring and connecting the site typically takes two to four weeks depending on scope.
Do you service smaller standalone PV plants?
Our target segment is up to 5 MW installed capacity per site. Rooftop PV under 100 kWp we handle mostly under monitoring-only; above 250 kWp the combination with an SLA service makes sense.
Where does the data live — with us or with you?
Default is multi-tenant SaaS on Azure West Europe. For sensitive customers (critical infrastructure, dispatch) we deploy a dedicated Azure tenant or a self-hosted variant on your own infrastructure.
How does reporting to the distributor work?
Automatic monthly exports (production, availability, outage time) in the format distributors and settlement entities expect. More detailed reporting for flexibility aggregators is part of the turn-key O&M package.
