Position
Battery storage projects below 5 MW are economically viable in CEE today; operations software for that segment is not. Enterprise DERMS platforms price for utility-scale fleets. Integrators ship one-off SCADA stacks that nobody maintains after handover. ECC sits in the gap — one product, all assets per site, ready in weeks instead of quarters.
Principles
Configuration over integration: every register map, alarm threshold and dashboard layout is data, not code. Auditability by default: every action lands in a signed hash-chained log. Tenants own their data: telemetry, configs and audit logs exportable in standard formats. Shipping in public: version in the footer, changelog on the marketing site, public uptime page.
